By accessing and using the HSA Workforce Management application provided by LuuNetwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

The application is provided for workforce management purposes, including but not limited to attendance tracking, payroll management, scheduling, and employee communications. You agree to use the application only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Use only your assigned account and not attempt to access others' accounts

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Falsify attendance records or any other data within the system
• Share confidential company data obtained through the application

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the application are owned by LuuNetwork and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application without express written permission.

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and the data you enter into the application. LuuNetwork is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate data input by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuuNetwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.
